"Hypnosis" comes from the ancient Greek word
"Hypnos" which means "put to sleep".
Why need to put your subject to sleep? It is because our
body needs rest after some activities, each activity is
involving the movement of the energy and the combination
and reflection of the energy will bring some impact on the
body and environment, which will cause the imbalance of
the affected energy field. Thus, through the hypnosis and
relaxation condition/trance stage, our body can regenerate,
restore, and balance our energy field.
In surresponse
to the hypnosis stage, the subject will introduce a procedure
to his experiences to encourage and evaluate his response
to the suggestions. The use of hypnosis is to guide the
subject to respond to the suggestions for the change of
an experience or to alter perception, emotion, be behaviors.
Basically, Hypnosis can be categorized as below: -
- Self-Hypnosis
is it a method of putting oneself in a trance/alternative
state of mind, so you can allow your body,
soul, and mind to relax and make positive
suggestions to change your condition oneself?
It might sound difficult to put yourself
into a trance, but it is easy and proven
that is effective, furthermore, we all go
in and out of mild trances during the day
and are hypnotized all the time.
- Emotion
Relief
Emotion is a type of trapped energy and
always suppressed inside our body and weakens
our body condition. Through hypnosis, the
ultimate relaxation can smoother the engagement
of the trapped energy and fully relief and
regenerate positive energy in our body.
- Life
Between Lives (LBL)
A deep hypnotic process, developed over
many years, designed to reconnect you with
your soul self, your guiding beings, and
thereby awaken an understanding of your
immortal identity.'
Developed
over many years' The Newton Method of LBL
Hypnotherapy is the result of more than
25 years of initial research by Michael
Newton with over 7,000 of his clients -
research that continues to build via TNI,
the organization he developed to continue
his work.
'Designed to reconnect you with your soul
self' each of us is so much more than the
physical aspect we can see. We are a combination
of the energies, experiences, and learnings
of countless previous lives; each life a
set of contrasting experiences that embody
the variety of lessons our inner, eternal
self seeks to learn in its quest for development
and perfection. That core, eternal self,
always searching for growth and new levels
of understanding, is our soul self.
'Your guiding beings' Michael Newton's research
enabled him to assemble a model of the spiritual
realm. He documented consistent reports
from thousands of clients of the existence
and incredible support offered by countless
Higher Beings in the inter-life; personal
guides and teachers, all ready to guide
each one of us through and between each
life. Wisdom and insights you can now access
through LBL Hypnotherapy.
'Awaken an understanding of your immortal
identity' enlightenment, a more complete
perception of who you really are as the
sum of your past lives, the collaboration
of your soul with other souls and with its
guides and teachers, and what you are learning
now. A sense of the eternity of the soul
and an end to the fear of physical death.

- Relaxation
is a stage of mind that progressively relax
our muscle and mind, we have various method
to achieve the relaxation stage of the mind,
however, relaxation through hypnotherapy
is the ultimate method of relaxation? Through
hypnotherapy induction and the subject can
respond to the suggestion and deeply relax
and restore, realign, and regenerate the
energy flow inside the body.
- Regression
related to a leading method/technique that
allowed the subject to return to the incident
stage of their trapped energy.
This
is a technique that brings the subject to
return to their traumatic event where their
past emotion is trapped inside and reframe
their negative feeling and perception of
the past. Age regression often occurs in
individuals who wish to facilitate healing
after trauma.
However, age regression has become quite
controversial in and out of the therapeutic
community, with many cases involving alleged
child abuse, alien abduction, and other
various traumatic experiences.
Womb Regression - This is
a similar technique used for Age Regression.
The period, we spend in the womb is extremely
important and frames up our perception after
birth. Exploring the womb stage deeply through
regression therapy can be very beneficial
and healing for the client's spiritual and
physical body.
The client will be guided through progressive
relaxation and then, go into uterus memories.
The major difference is the emphasis on
getting answers to the questions about when
the client first becomes a "soul"
in his or her mother's womb.
With the guidance, one can recall memories
of emotions his or her mother was feeling
during the time she was pregnant or the
sounds of her heartbeat.
This knowing can provide answers that can
bring healing and understanding to current
life situations.
Past Life Regression
This is a technique that uses hypnosis to
recover what practitioners believe are memories
of past lives or incarnations. Past-life
regression is typically undertaken either
in pursuit of a spiritual experience or
in a psychotherapeutic setting.
The technique used during past-life regression
involves the subject answering a series
of questions while hypnotized to reveal
the identity and events of alleged past
lives, a method similar to that used in
recovered memory therapy and one that, similarly,
often misrepresents memory as a faithful
recording of previous events rather than
a constructed set of recollections.
Those memories are indistinguishable from
memories based on events that occurred during
the subject's life. Memories reported during
past-life regression have been investigated
and revealed historical inaccuracies that
are easily explained through a basic knowledge
of history, elements of popular culture,
or books that discuss historical events.
Experiments with subjects undergoing past-life
regression indicate that a belief in reincarnation
and suggestions by the hypnotist are the
two most important factors regarding the
contents of memories reported.
